Wilfred's was voted the UK's #1 Non-Alcoholic Drink in 2020 at the Great British Food Awards. Chris Wilfred Hughes sourced everything he could from rare Japanese hibiscus to aromatic English rose. His journey eventually led him back home to the authentic flavours he associates most with London – freshly picked rosemary from his mother’s garden, and the bitter oranges in his father’s homemade marmalade.
