NON 3 Toasted Cinnamon & Yuzu

NON 3 is a non-alcoholic alternative to a classic dry white wine or an aperitif. Complementing a base of verjus and filtered water is an array of unique ingredients including Sri Lankan cinnamon, Japanese yuzu, Valencia oranges and Murray River salt. This is a non-carbonated distillate blend boasting dry burnt floral citrusy flavours with a tart finish. Created by chefs William Wade and Aaron Trotman, the NON range is made in Australia and vegan friendly.
