The recipe for the KOELSCH was developed in Germany, and plays homage to the area where one of our founders grew up. You can expect a light, super refreshing, yet full flavored drinking experience. 

Ingredients:

• Water
• Malted Barley, Oats, Wheat
• Hops (Simcoe)
• Yeast
• Less than 0.5% ABV

About Our Process:

We utilize an innovative brewing process that respects the craft of brewing and preserves the rich, complex flavors and characteristics that make craft beer so appealing. Unlike other breweries, we purposefully avoid using large, expensive dealcoholization machines that cause unnecessary water and energy waste while leaving behind a significant carbon footprint.
