Mad Med is an exciting new project from the team behind Domaine de la Mongestine making natural, wild-fermented, unfiltered and low sulphur wine in a can in Provence.

La Bulle is a beautiful sparkling rosé made from 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache. A delicate light pink hue with vibrant, mouth-filling bubbles carrying waves of crunchy strawberries and raspberries and a hint of spice.
