Lemon Banana Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

• 15ml Le Fruit de MONIN Banana
• 60ml Apple cider vinegar
• 60ml Olive oil
• 15ml Lemon juice
• A pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl

2. Mix the contents well

3. Store for later use as salad dressing
