Established in 2006, Edenvale identified a niche in the market for sophisticated alcohol-free beverages. Through extensive research and custom modification of spinning cone column technology, they successfully remove alcohol from traditional wines while preserving varietal-specific tastes and aromas. This de-alcoholised wine is made from grape juice concentrate (approximately 6%), with less than 0.5% alcohol content. It is vegan, gluten-free, and sourced from a certified sustainable vineyard, reflecting Edenvale's commitment to quality and sustainability.
