Domaine Henry Fuchs is a 10 hectare organic estate in Ribeauvillé at the heart of Alsace. The soil is a combination of limestone and marl with the former contributing complex acidity to the wines and the latter providing power and drive. All grapes are hand harvested before gentle whole bunch pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Les P'Tits Cailloux is a new cuvée for the 2022 vintage blending Pinot Gris, Riesling, Muscat and Sylvaner to great effect. Aromas of lime zest and green apples developing into riper peach and melon notes on the palate cut through with mouthwatering acidity.
