From the sustainable and family-owned Delheim estate, this is a stylish and modern wine full of the bright floral character Pinotage is known for. The grapes were hand-harvested from three premium sites and fermented in stainless steel before 18 months ageing in oak barrels. Expect lots of dark fruits, sweet spice and silky tannins before a savoury finish.
