Each entry should come with a short write-up on why you think it's a decent cheese (We can provide paper and pens on-site) 

Customers and staff alike are invited to Unit 9 Taproom for a night of Decent Cheese. Participants must bring and submit one piece of cheese into the competition, the event organiser will take the cheese, assign a unique number to it and the cheese will be presented in banquet style to the enthusiastic participants. Over the course of the evening, participants will score the cheese, and at the end of the event the scores will be counted and the winning formaggio and their owner will be crowned victorious with a bar tab.
