Cucumber Kiwi Cooler

Ingredients:

• 20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Kiwi
• 10ml MONIN Cucumber Syrup
• 10ml Le Concentrate de MONIN Lemon Rantcho
  
• 150ml Soda water

Garnish:

• Cucumber slice
• Lemon slice

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients except soda water to a glass and stir to mix well.

2. Add ice and line the glass with a long cucumber slice. Top it up with soda water.

3. Garnish and serve.
