Copenhagen's Lyserød is based on 11 teas. Oolong Hibiscus Silver Needle. Fresh and elegant with delicate aromas from the hibiscus. The perfect alcohol-free alternative to a sparkling rosé. Lyserød is the driest version of Sparkling Tea, yet still smooth and round in taste. Intense aromas of red berries and red apples.

A complex dry taste follows, thanks to the Oolong tea, combined with hints of blackberries and Hibiscus. Silver Needle white tea and finishes the journey with light bitter fruity notes. Perfect as an alcohol-free aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with various starters, vegetarian dishes or light mains, and most desserts.
