Founded in 1891 in Asti, in the heart of Piedmont, Cocchi is renowned for producing some of Italy’s finest aromatised wines, deeply rooted in traditional recipes and local botanicals.

Throughout the evening, we’ll explore aperitivo culture while tasting six of their standout expressions: Cocchi Americano, Cocchi Rosa, Extra Dry Vermouth di Torino, Storico Vermouth di Torino, Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro, and Barolo Chinato. Expect a mix of sipping serves, stirred classics, and refreshing spritzes, offering a full spectrum of styles and flavours.
