Fermented slowly at a low temperature to preserve its freshness and vivacity, this is a crisp and clean Prosecco representing excellent value. Light and fresh with a  savoury touch, a second natural fermentation occurs in the bottle for 6 months without disgorgement, for enticing brioche aromas. A future classic in the making!
