Beautiful central Italian white made organically in Marche from a deft blend of Passerina, Pecorino and Trebbiano. Packed with fresh apples, green banana and underlying vanilla notes. Well-rounded with a crisp acidity this has plenty of intense flavour to stand out on it's own, or hold it's own with food.
