To create the world's first alcohol-free single hop beer series, Brulo experimented with over 30 different hops and recipes before sharing its favourites. Throughout the series, the hops have been sourced from select growers; ensuring the highest quality, freshest hops.

Named to honour the home state in which it was originally grown, Idaho 7 was first released in 2015. It was originally selected from experimental hop varieties being grown at Jackson Hop Farm. It’s well known for its strong flavours of tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit and moderate bitterness.

Brulo was founded in 2019 by James Brown. James' desire is to create quality, hop forward alcohol-free craft beer for the modern world. Launched with a simple promise - to only make the beer they love, focusing on taste, quality and creativity. Using only the finest ingredients, innovative yeast cultures and modern brewing techniques to create beers that are always alcohol-free, don't hold back on taste and are vegan too!
