Gabriela is the flagship wine from Bodegas Barrero in Sanlucar made form the single vineyard 'Las Canas' of Palomino grapes. After fermentation with native yeasts, it is aged in barrel under flor for 5-6 years before bottling.

Intensely saline with plenty of flor character and aromas of white flowers, walnuts, preserved citrus and a long, lightly bitter dried herb finish.
