Blueberry Basil Fizz

Ingredients:

• 10ml Le Fruit de MONIN Blueberry
  
• 10ml Lemon juice
• 45ml Basil-infused gin
• 1 Egg white
• Soda water

Garnish:

• Basil leaf

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients except soda water into a shaker and shake well with ice.

2. Strain the mixture to another tin and remove ice. Perform dry shake and double strain into a glass.

3. Top it up with soda water. 

4. Garnish and serve.
