Banana Roll Sour

Ingredients:

• 15ml Le Fruit de MONIN Banana
• 5ml MONIN Cinnamon Syrup
• 20ml Lemon juice
  
• 45ml Rum
• 30ml Aquafaba

Garnish:

• Cinnamon stick

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker

2. Add ice and shake until mixed well

3. Double strain mixture into a glass

4. Garnish and serve
