Arabica Tropica

Ingredients:

• 10ml Le Fruit de MONIN Calamansi
• 5ml Honey
• 2gm Citric acid
• 40ml Pineapple juice
• 100ml Cold brew coffee concentrate
  

Garnish:

• Coffee beans
  
• Dehydrated pineapple

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker

2. Shake vigorously with ice

3. Strain into glass with ice

4. Garnish and serve
